Description - Dice tables in the feast hall and the open area between the smuggler and the docks are inoperable.

A lot of dice tables across the server are broken. In fact, I think the only tables that work are the ones on City & Planes: The one in Cordor, and the one in Dis.

They were attempted to be fixed; however, in doing so an older version of the area was used. So I reverted it. It's on the list.

Fixed.

(Unless I once again uploaded an old version of the area...)
