Bard keeping their old songs after -relevel

Description of Bug Experienced:
I releveled my Bard twice yesterday and noticed that I got to keep the 4 new songs that were given to me upon reaching level 10 and 20, respectively.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Run a -relevel as a lvl 21 Male Sun Elf Bard and only take Bard levels, and leave the skill points investment for the last level. (That's exactly what I did, twice).

Expected Result:
For the Bard to lose their previously (level 10 & 20) learned songs that he/she got from the previous -relevel and have them replaced by the current -relevel instance.

Actual Result:
Bard gets to keep the 2 previously learned songs AND the current ones from -relevel. Plus all the songs he/she learned from other Bards, Skal start and whatnot.

Screenshot(s)
Unfortunately I didn't think to screenshot at the time. Only realized the inconsistency later on.

Additional Information/Notes
Not entirely sure if this is intended or not. I got mixed replies from a few community members and it seems they are unsure as well. I'm just leaving this report here as a token of good faith - I'm not trying to exploit anything on purpose!

It has worked as you expected it to when I leveled mine to 20/10 bard/RDD - losing the randomly gained as I did 2x-relevel and then getting a random one back at 10th and 20th. This is maybe a week or two ago.

You'll keep songs that you've learned via exploration or that were taught to you. The only songs you loose are the songs you were randomly given on leveling up.

Or so it worked. Not sure if theres a new bug.

Seems to be working as intended from what I'm reading here. You'll only lose songs you gain at 10, 20 and 30.
