Guldorand house sign inaccessible

Description of Bug Experienced:
There is a house in Guldorand (Fortress City) where the associated sign can't be interacted with
My character keeps running towards it, seemingly no matter the starting direction or distance.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Click on the sign
Expected Result:
Regular house interaction menu appears
Actual Result:
Not possible to get close enough to the sign for anything to happen
