Description of Bug Experienced:
The blackguard capstone ability at level 20 blackguard, Aura of Despair, currently does nothing. Enemies in the aura do not get the saves malus.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Activate Aura of despair.
Check enemy save when inside the aura.
Expected Result:
Save reduced by two.
Actual Result:
Aura of Despair does nothing.
