What is happening: 15% elemental immunities are not being applied to tieflings.
What I expect to happen: 15% immunities are applied to tiefling.

To recreate: Make a tiefling wiz on pgcc, select your gifts etc, Blast yourself with fireball

I have a tiefling on main server and can confirm that it is also happening on main server as well

This is working now on surface at least.

The bonuses currently aren't working as consistently as I'd hoped - I'll include a fix in a future update.
