Per the wiki, Invoker's Chains (id 1667) require a Warlock OR Hexblade smith. However, the recipe in game states it can only be done by a Warlock smith. Can the recipe please be adjusted to allow Hexblades to smith it, or the wiki to be edited so that it is correct?

Attempted to craft Invoker's Chains as a hexblade with all ranks in blacksmithing. Was unable to do so, the in game recipe only allows for a Warlock smith, in contrast to the Wiki which specifies either

Be hexblade smith, attempt to craft Invoker's Chains

Expected Result:
Starting the craft

Actual Result:
Unable to begin the craft

I haven't seen any posts in the announcement thread or in the Discord server that state that hexblades shouldn't be able to craft invoker's chains, so I'm pretty confident this was just an oversight.

Hopefully we get an official decree soon.
