Using a "Runic Sequencer (Orb Cradle, Lesser, Arcane)" as a hemomancer uses focus as if you had cast the spells yourself.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Use the runic sequencer on a summon.
Expected Result:
Summon gains mage armor, shield, improved invisibility, and ultravision. No focus cost.
Actual Result:
Summon gains mage armor, shield, improved invisibility, and ultravision. Uses focus resource as if the user had cast the spells.

Additional Information/Notes
Hemomancer was level 16. Spell used was greater planar binding. Celestial, formian, and yugoloth streams tested with same results. Live server and PGCC had same results. Did not have access to other sequencers to test if it affects more than one type.
