Can one of the two be done, either have it moved to a more realistic location given Full Plate Artifacts now seem to be more popular than Adamantine, and sometimes the full plate artifacts have a lot more benefits than adamantine, and also given -very- few classes actually benefit from it's AC bonus. Also artifacts are more easily obtained than adamantine. So here are my suggestions:

Either place Adamantine ore in easier locations than they are currently; or give Adamantine more benefits such as reduced enchantment rate even in comparison to Bronze, instead of leaving it at it's absurd high rate.
