Heads are not dropping, I have tested this on Orog Warchief and Crinti High Priestess.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
I am not sure if this is race or class specific, but as an Imp use your undead summons to kill one of these mobs and you will find it does not drop a head. Additionally the same will happen if you kill the mob using your dirges.

Expected result
-----------------------
Bounty Heads dropped from leader mobs.

Actual result
-------------------
No Heads dropped. Sometimes Fish.

Do you have a headbag? Maybe your auto-looting settings are picking them up automatically into a headbag.

Good note. I forgot to mention the headbag. The headbag auto looting setting was on and there were still no heads in the bag. I thought it may of been a bug with the looting or the bag so I dropped the bag and turned the auto-loot off. Still no bounty heads.

The Formorian Queen does not drop a head either. All this time I assumed that was intentional, but in light of this happening elsewhere I'm now doubting that.

It was killed entirely by my summon since the queen is immune to any spell I can directly damage it with.

Auto-looting of heads is on, but I'm not carrying a headbag.

Compiling a list of missing heads:

Orog War Chief (Outside Duergar Fortress)
Crinti High Priestess (In the manor by the east ruins)
Ogrillion Chieftain (Beneath the heights)
Formian Queen (End of formian dungeon)

This will be fixed shortly.

This should be fixed as of a reset.
