Headband of Protection repair DC low

Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
Tried to repair my headband of protection in a forge. I was happy to see that i could (since my art crafting skill is a tad low), but didn't bother looking at the DC before i began, knowing i'd still need to roll something close to 20. But!~ the DC was 1.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Repair Headband of Protection in a smithing workstation
Expected Result:
either disallowed because it's an artcrafting product, or given the standard DC of 46
Actual Result:
DC 1 repairs let's goooo
