Planar Conduit Slaadi have lost their weapons

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Activate the Slaad stream, cast Planar Conduit

Expected result
-----------------------
White Slaad Lord spawns with a 7-70+3 (20/x2) +1d12 Acid weapon
Grey Slaad spawns with a 6-60+3 (20/x2) weapon

Actual result
-------------------
White Slaad Lord spawns with a 1-3+3 (20/x2) weapon
Grey Slaad spawns with a 1-3+3 (20/x2) weapon

Which Server(s)?

Tested on Arelith Live Surface and Arelith Live Distant Shores

I can confirm this on Cordor and Surface servers as well. Planar Conduit Slaad giving less dmg than an Ancient Air Elemental with Epic Conj.

Is it just the slaadi? Were any other planar conduit summons affected?

Can't speak to the Celestial Archon/Eldarin streams as this appears to be an Arelith live issue not showing on PGCC.
Formians have retained their weapons (even though they slightly differ from the Wiki entry):

Princess
Wiki: 1-8 +32 (19-20) +2d12 acid
Live: 1-6 +1.5xSTRmod (19-20/x3) +20 piercing +3 bludgeoning +2d12 acid

Elite Myrmarch
Wiki: 1-8 +2-24+10 (19-20) +2d10 acid
Live: 1-12 +1.5xSTRmod (20/x3) +1d10 piercing +1d12 slashing +5 physical +1d12 acid

This is still going on, and since I'm stuck with Slaadi due to the design of Planar Conduit, it's not very fun to be a wizard right now.
