Internal Transfers on Guildhouses Creates a new QB meta

I realize the original intent on internal lease transfers was to make the new auction rules on leases less of a deathblow to groups when a significant leaseholder needs to step away but what's evolved from this change is a situation where people with the knowledge/ability just break into places about to go up for sale to gain priority in the auction if it happens. This seems generally against the spirit of the original reasoning for the priority given to internal leases.

Shitty or not, I can't help but be impressed. I would have never thought to do that!

I kind of love the idea of a quarter breaker who breaks into a guild house and starts actively living in a room they buy. Then they break in and out each day to maintain their life.
But yeah what OP mentioned seems unintended.

Wait, how did they get the information then? I mean, if the leader can just transfer guild house and ownship to the new leader then there’s less (or more) problems. Some guild are going to live forever
Bank storage are nice, maybe instead of guild houses that lock people out, guild halls that multiple players can visit works better. They can still have a private room, some chest... Sort of like Temple of Mask? only members can get little rooms but others gets to use the temple.
