Spellsword can't summon different stream creatures

Steps to reproduce
Be a spellsword and use a summon creature scroll with desired stream (e.g. Water)

Expected result
Summoned creature according to chosen stream (e.g. Water Elemental)

Actual result
Summoned creature is always an animal

Only summon creature VII, VIII, IX out of the summon creature spells use streams.

That does make an awful lot of sense, thanks
