Cavalier Charge not trigger Great Cleave

As topic, tested this multiple times in PGCC, kill blows with Spirit Charge not triggers Great Cleave. As this a intended mechanism or shall I report this as a bug?

I don't have great cleave on my PGCC Cavalier, but I do have cleave.
I can confirm that when the killing blow is delivered by the spirited charge extra damage, cleave is NOT triggered.
If the killing blow is delivered by the regular portion of the attack during a spirited charge, cleave is triggered as normal.

I think this is not intended, I will report this as a bug, hopefully this can be addressed. Charge + Cleave would be a cool synergy but it's not working right now.
