Derro city quest bug (Arelith Underdark server)

Description of Bug Experienced:
No any actions did. Joined the party to help with the quest and spotted that all the heads got bugged.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
N/a
Expected Result:
The dialogue between the heads and PC should start. In that dialogue you have to get gems to open the door further by quest.
Actual Result:
The dialogue doesn't start and there is no way to complete quest because you cannot get special gems to open the door.

As I suggest, the wrong position of the heads causes this bug. I did that quest about one year ago and the heads were located a bit forward then they are located now.
