Description of Bug Experienced:
After a long time searching I found a Helm of Brilliance. I used the charges on the item, reducing them to 1, to make it easier to enchant. The item, down to 1 charge proceeded to just disappear.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Get a Helm of Brilliance. It has 50 Charges.
Use Prismatic Spray 8 times. (5 Charges each. Down to 10 Charges left.)
Use Fire Wall 3 times. (3 Charges each. Down to 1 Charge Left.)

Expected Result:
You are left with the item and 1 Charge left.

Actual Result:
The item is lost.

Would not add anything. Combat Log only lists 'X character uses Helm of Brilliance'
And Lost Item: Helm of Brilliance at the end.

Additional Information/Notes
I asked and I was told items should remain 'existing' so long as they have at least one charge, and this is a bug. So here I am posting it. This has been a frustrating experience.

It would require testing, but I have always thought that if you have abilities with charges per use, it will remove/destroy the item if the current charges do not allow you to cast any ability anymore of it, and not if reaches 0.
