Cover and disguise Race not working properly.
I cover and use the command disguise race...
The command seems to work. But I am not covered.




Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cover characater
Use command -dis and -disguise_race
Use command Cover, which says uncovered.
Then use command -cover state, which says I am covered.



Expected result
-----------------------
Covered. And disguise my race.

Actual result
-------------------
Not covered. Race not disguised.

Fixed Auto Cover was stuck. Toggled it twice.
