Lesser Spell Mantle - Duration Shortened

Lesser spell mantle does not seem to last as long anymore. Prior to the recent update, it used to last for Turns per Level and now it seems to only lasts for a short while. I am unsure if this is intentional. If so, please disregard this report.
Steps to reproduce

Cast Lesser spell mantle
Expected result
-----------------------
Lesser spell mantle should have a duration of 27 minutes.
Actual result
-------------------
Instead, lesser spell mantle has a duration of 2 minutes and 40 seconds.
