Undead "healing" via negative energy seems to not be working.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Try using inflict wounds on undead.
Expected result
-----------------------
Undead healed.
Actual result
-------------------
Either no healing occurs and damage for "0" negative energy in the case of NPCs.
PCs get a touch save even when regarded as harmless.
