Focus cost changes of elementalist spells

Was there a change to the focus cost of the elementalist's spells. Specifically it used to cost me 1.2 focus to cast elemental hammer and .62 to cast firebrand. But Just recently it is now costing me .8 focus to cast firebrand and 2 focus to cast elemental hammer. Both of which are unmodified by any metamagic feats. I will also mention that this change seems to come after I gained Eschew Spell Components at level 28 of elementalist. Know recently there was a big update that added and changed a bunch of spells, but I didnt notice any changes to focus costs. So I was wondering if I missed something or what.
