Spellbound wand charge bug

I used 2 tier 1 spellbound wands that had 30 charges of magic missiles each
when charges said no uses left i was not able to recharge them due to 1 wand says there is 1 charge left the other wand says 3 charges but they can not be used in the options.
Charging them again does nothing
