At Black Fortress, hit by some onhit level drain effect and cast greater restoration. Level Drain not cured. Shown in screenshot below.

From what I could recall, restoration will only remove several levels of Level Drained. You might need a few more magical help.

I hit on this one as well. Was only drained one level in the Malarite temple but restoration scrolls did nothing at all.
