Blood Frenzy has no effects, no bonus no stats loss or gain. It simply has no effects at all.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast spell as normal.
Expected result
-----------------------
+3 AB, +3 Dmg, +3 Will Save, -3 Ref Save, -2 AC, 4 round/level. As normal
Actual result
-------------------
The caster completed the casting animation, lost one spell slot and the spell gave no effect
