Ranger/Druid Totems

I think an update to the totem path would be hugely beneficial to the server.

What we have now is an improvement over barebones neverwinter but our pool of options is still pretty limited. There's a real lack of biodiversity that feels constraining. Two of the models (bat and snake) are almost comically small when larger/and or better looking versions of the same creature can be found all over the server.

I suggest a few animals should be added and the two weaker models get upgraded. I think it would be fun making a bat or snake ranger if they got facelifts. Rothes, beetles, deer, turtles, lizards, and other creatures infest the server so the models are there. We have frogs and wasps on the familiar list.

I think that currently there are very few options that aren't stereotypical ranger fodder. While *most* people who play rangers or druids want to play a typical outdoorsman action hero or tree hugger, a lot of us want to play cave druids or edgy characters. The options for these types of characters are basically taking a spider or picking something ten pixels wide.

The best thing about considering an expansion of totem options is that there's very little to do by way of class design (druid totem stat bonuses aside). I know nothing about coding or game design but I imagine this would be one of the easier game improvements to implement. There are few balance issues to consider and it's a pretty common sense approach to making characters feel more customized and personal.

EDIT: It just came to my attention that there's another totem thread. I considered deleting this post in case it was perceived as redundant. I decided not to because the other poster was pitching more specific things and I was more generally advocating for an overhaul.
