More uses for dragon streams!

As reasoning, that stream is literally used by only ONE spell. The spell itself is, also, underwhelming. Despite being an epic spell that you have to spend a feat on.

I know there's a general disdain for anything dragon-related but, perhaps, some new spells or effects could be added that would do different things based on the draconic stream selected?

Some immediate options that come to my mind:
Expanding polymorph/shapechange spells to allow some draconic shape, with the shape being altered by the stream selected. It could be an entirely new spell too, like, a shapechange into a half-dragon humanoid (like the NPC in Dis).

A spell that gives some "aspect" buff or something

Or a spell that imitates a dragon breath, with the element being altered by the stream selected

Granted, all those options are vague. I don't expect any of these specific ideas to be used, if the suggestion gets approved.

I'd just love for the stream to have more uses than, like previously mentioned,
One very underwhelming epic spell.

Rejected for now, I think we need more concrete ideas on this. Not against the idea of more options for dragon streams, but this is a little vauge.
