Once per day abilities

As a follow up to this, (delete if this counts as a double up) I was hoping this could expand to taking a 2nd look at epic spells. They would see a bit more use in PvE if they were on a 10-15 minute CD as opposed to once per day. As per other classes, summoning spells should not start their cooldowns till after the summons are removed.
