Are there any factions for North American / Pacific players?
I noticed that most of the server population is opposite time zone, and it hasn't worked very well to RP with factions that play different times.

There are plenty of North American pirates in Sencliff! Both Atlantic and Pacific.

Depends on your play times. Personally, my play time is after 11:30 PM until about 2:00 am. Longer if on Friday/Saturday night.

I'm pretty surprised you don't see more of them. I find that the server tends to be more busy in the evenings of north america. I suppose if you're playing at midnight PST then you might see less, but prime time tends to be at 6-9pm PST and 11am-2pm PST (when the euro folk are more active)
Speaking from experience as North American myself, Cordor is very active in the evenings, and to a lesser extent Bendir (which is more 50/50). Faction wise the Skull Crag rangers in Westcliff and the Radiant Heart are quite active in the evenings as far as I've seen, as well as the Azure Quill.

It really depends on what you're looking for. The Skull Crag Rangers are a pretty varied group. We have had some Aussie players in the past, we have a lot of North American players from all time zones and EU players. But because we're such a scattered bunch, you may not always see someone around. You can always poke a head in Westcliff and check, and I always tell people, because we're a scattered bunch, leaving a message is the best way to get our attention.

I think the Brogendenstein population is pretty good for PST too.
