Description of Bug Experienced:
Two out of three Magic Mouths in the Underdark (Upper) The Fungal Maze zone are missing, making it impossible to complete the Underdark Writ: Raiding Norag Norr.

North Bas-Relief Carving: Magic Mouth missing
South Bas-Relief Carving: present (Emerald)
West Bas-Relief Carving: Magic Mouth missing

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Go to the zone, find the reliefs. Zoom in, look through the wall, turn camera, press tab

Expected Result:
See mouths that can interact with.

Actual Result:
See only 1/3 of the needed mouths.

It's been bugged for months, just get a key from someone else

It’s been busted on my last three attempts and I’ve even left my character in the maze to try after resets to see if the broken mouths worked again with no luck. I don’t think getting a key from someone else is a solution. Maybe the puzzles could just be removed or make a strong NPC in the city you can kill who will drop the key?

Just to pile on I also had this issue 2 days ago.

I did this a few days ago playerside and we found all the mouths just fine? So somehow this must be some sort of intermittent issue.

They sometime disappear. Usually they return after a server reset.

Last time I did it, only 1 mouth worked.

Doing the Writ right now, the Mouths are missing again.

Did writ just last week and found all three in the usual spots.
