More paths/class that benefit from group parties

Howdy!
How about we think about adding classes or paths that have benefit akin to the goblins mafia benefit?
(Special: +1 Discipline/Wisdom for every friendly goblin PC in 20 feet)
Example: Da Dwarven Hoplite (Fighter Path)
Requirement WS: Spear/Pike / Shield Proficiency
+1 AB/AC if using spear/pike & + 1 Will vs Fear for every other dorf hoplite in 20 feet
This is just a random one, but this might be a good thing to encourage more faction/organized RP.
Just throwing out ideas here before the suggestion forum gets closed again.
