Lizardfolk - Neutral Leaning Race

A possible suggestion for a either normal or minor locked race that doesn't necessarily fill an evil-leaning space for monster races: Lizardfolk.

My best take on it would be as such:

Prerequisites
Base Race: Half Orc
No Alignment Restriction (Maybe non-good if staff want to avoid good monsters Or make good another award?)
Requires Minor/Normal Award

Classes
Favored Class: Shaman

Abilities
+2 Constitution, -2 Intelligence.
+2 AC Natural Armour (Other for mechanical purposes?)
Skill Affinity: Climb
Skill Affinity: Search (Jump and swim are the usual. These seem like fitting replacements even if they're not mechanically ideal)
Bonus Feat: Trackless Step

Darkvision
Weapon proficiency: Primitive
Hold Breath (Immune to drowning for Con Mod*4 rounds? That would be the most mechanically accurate way of doing it, not sure if Arelith already has something for this.)
ECL +1
Special: Lizardfolk are insatiable and need to eat more than the average race to keep up their energy.

Alignment
Usually Neutral

Appearance
NWN obviously won't support changing colours.
A lizardfolk is usually 6 to 7 feet tall with green, grey, or brown scales. Its tail is used for balance and is 3 to 4 feet long. A lizardfolk can weigh from 200 to 250 pounds.

Notes
Bonus Languages:
Draconic
Starting City:
Andunor OR Skal (My reasoning for this is that much like Svirfs, Lizardfolk are not just stuck in caves and underground, they roam and are typically found above-ground as well. A lizardfolk character would, realistically, only be accepted in the absolute fringes of society above ground. Hence, Skal, as to not shove another monster race into the UD. They'd still need to be absolutely careful not to enter normal civilized areas though, and can own no property.)

I understand we have troglodytes already, which fill the model, but WYSIWYG generally prevents playing an actual lizardfolk.

Thanks for taking a look even if this isn't the most well put together suggestion! Making a player race is a bit shakier than building creatures in the toolset, but hopefully this conveys the idea well enough.
