Reverse pickpocketing

Everyone talks about being able to steal stuff, but what about being able to place things into other people's pockets without them knowing?

Can see lots of potential applications for pranks, and some for abuse. Anyway, thought I'd mention it.

I quite like t his and I almost feel it's already been approved with another suggestion... still this is subtly different enough I am ok with approving this though maybe with some sort of limiter (e.g. mabye only one item reveresed per ooc day, like with normal pping) just to prevent any particularly wierd abuses.
