Eldritch Euphony and Curse Songs

Description of Bug Experienced:
I will prephase this bug report with the statement that I've been very conflicted on wether or not I should submit it as there isn't enough information openly available to accurately judge if this is actually a bug or if I've just been unlucky and missed invisible triggers.
I will have to mention some FOIG information that I will try to obfuscate as much as possible, but it is necessary for this bug report.
It is my belief that Eldritch Euphony warlocks cannot learn curse songs through location triggers. I have one that is currently level 29 and has gone through most of the underdark and all the more popular underdark writ routes. He's also done most of the shadow plane, most epic dungeons, and roamed around a lot of the surface in search of specific songs/curse songs.
Song exploration triggers work fine. My character has learned multiple songs over his carreer and has most of the songs available on server from just playing the game. The same has not happened with curse songs. The character has Atrocious Aria and Lich Lyrics, Lich Lyrics being an unique case since its obtainable through an item.
The character is a human outcast, and started only with Selfish Solo, when I believe humans get a random curse song and random song at character creation at least according to the wiki. I could be wrong here but if I'm not its another thing that leads me to believe something is wrong.
Now, i'm going to give two specific examples that I've confirmed OOC that should've given songs that didn't.
The Bonefields in the UD are one of the first dungeons new characters do and bards are supposed to learn Reposeful Aria there. The character did the area at a lower level, and I've returned and fully cleared and went through every nook and cranny as a level 29 character and got nothing.
The Church of Bane I've also confirmed OOC with a friend (After having gone there on a hunch) should give a song, I've been there and also gotten nothing.
So we're two for two on specific cases I can give where the appropriate curse song just wasn't learned by going through the area with a confirmed trigger, pretty thoroughly.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Character needs to at minimum be level 8. Bard 3/ Warlock 5 with Eldritch Euphony taken at Warlock 5. Take Curse Song during your bard levels either at level 1 or level 3. Go to an area with the trigger to learn a curse song.
Expected Result:
The character should learn the curse song.
Actual Result:
Character has learned no curse songs.
