Description of Bug Experienced:
If you select a favored enemy at level 10 or 15 for Ranger, it will take up a slot in the studied enemy listing too, effectively reducing the amount of favored enemies a ranger can have by 1.

I releveled a few times to be sure, and each time it selected the race I selected. I tried both at level 10 and 15. It is killing a studied enemy slot and it shouldn't be.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Level to 10 or 15 and select a favored enemy. Type '-ranger study' and see that, for reasons unknown, one of your studied slots is taken by this same race.

Expected Result:
It shouldn't do this. My build should have 0/8 study slots after a full relevel, but it instead has 1/8 where 1 of them is something I picked as a feat choice.

Actual Result:
Losing a whole favored enemy which is quite nasty since that's the class core feature.

Additional Information/Notes
All my relevel testing was done on the live server. See below. Full relevel without doing a single study. The race pictured is whatever you seem to pick during the leveling process (it was Outsider when I tried it with Outsider).

So there was a forced relevel today (not sure why), and maybe there was an attempt to fix this that didn't quite work? I'm not sure.

Ranger is still lacking a studied enemy slot, only it seems to have plugged it in without reporting it like my earlier picture. I don't know if this was just the way I was leveling, or what.

This picture was at level 15, and I was typing '-ranger study' each level to monitor it. Level 15 seemed to be the spot when it went wrong.
