That is by design in part. Granted charisma warpriest is the best warpriest build so on average its actually a +8 AB attack when you go for it, but smite is flavorful adn not the focus. The rest of the warpriest cookies are the focus, being a better melee with divine synergy and 5*CL temp hp from div power, great attack progression, etc etc.

Smite isn't the focus of warpriest, you can build for it but its secondary, charisma warpriest already being the best means the AB bonus is generally higher on a properly built one, and finally good and evil domains getting damage scaling is because no summons means no extended gate.

Yeah, he's saying he is not getting his charisma to AB. This should be the case, no? Or do you need good/evil domain to get cha to ab? I know you need it for damage, but what about the bonus ab?
