Recreational drugs exist in Arelith. Alchemy and herbalism exist in Arelith. Can we pronounce them man and wife?

Being able to make drugs already present in the module, like halxvhan powder, would be a fun new niche for some alchemy and herbalism recipes.

This needs me to actually make the other drugs first.
The ones from Dis are not something you'd make normally so I'm against crafting those.

Possibly approved, with some careful oversite and maybe a few restrictions.
