Lately, I see rain in Sibayad (city) so often...

To be a desertic isle, keeps raining a lot.

I suggest to disable rain odds in the area of Sibayad city, or at least to lower the % to turn it quite rare to happen.

(Unless this was related to a current event)

Not to build team: use the Dry or Very Dry [climate] object to do this.
