Better access to Magpie Theater - Guldorand

Greetings!
I would like to suggest a transition improvement at Magpie Theater, at Guldorand City Port area.
When events happens there, it’s always difficult to enter and leave the area by the front door.
I’ll be glad to see if Devs can take a look and tweak the transition from Free Port to Magpie
