To my knowledge, Rangers and Hexblades were previous to spellmaggedon the only spellcasters without access to the basic cantrips.

I don't know if this was by design or omission, but my suggestions is to add the base cantrips of flare, cure/inflict minor wounds, resistance, light and virtue to all classes with spell-casting ability that currently lack them.
