Description of Bug Experienced:
During a relevel - I noticed that I can no longer take Lasting Inspiration as a bard, even meeting the pre-requisites.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Get to level 27th - 21 of those as bard (27 is a bardlevel)
Have 30 Perform

Expected Result:
Be able to take Lasting Inspiration

Actual Result:
Not able to take Lasting Inspiration

Additional Information/Notes
Normally you get the Inspiring Minstrel feat at 20th bard, opening up Lasting Inspiration, but you no longer get that at 20th bard.

As a small update:

Just got 30th, and Lasting Inspiration is still not available with 22 bard levels.

We're aware of the bug and looking for a solution.

I've figured out the issue and will be submitting a fix soon. Watch the announcements section for information. You will have to do a -relevel when the fix is live.
