Description

Tier 3 blood homunculus seems to be only MARGINALLY better than tier 2, and is actually missing some of the tier 2's strengths

Steps to reproduce

Summon a tier 3 blood homunculus (requires around ₅₀₀ total hp)

Expected result

The crusty boi has regen, and more hp / ab / damage (slightly)

Actual result

It has like, +₃₀ hp, +1 ab / +1 damage from str mod, and loses regeneration.
