Basicly a way to say no to pvp,

-The character is in a state where they can only walk and talk, clearly opting RP over PVP for 15 Min?

-Enforced subdue?

Im unsure how this could be implemented, but I feel that the kill option is chosen to easily on Arelith while many players are just as much willing to surrender and this could also be a way to limit death of mass pvp bystanders.

Denied. This would take all risk out of the environment we try to foster.
