Using ESF Abj gets rid of Infinicast Endure Elements
Description of Bug Experienced:
When you expend your once/rest use of Epic Spell Focus: Abjuration through warding teleport or setting down a ward and then connect to a server, either by logging out and then in, crashing and reconnecting, or moving servers via transitions/teleport, the GSF bonus of Endure Elements disappears. It does not refresh on rest or relogging, but it will when the servers reset.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Expend your use of the ESF: Abjuration power, and then connect to a server.
Expected Result:
You can still cast endure elements infinitely.
Actual Result:
Endure elements is completely gone from the radial.

Additional Information/Notes
This is very annoying, as this entirely throws off the ordering of that radial and sometimes I will hit the wrong thing because I am used to how it is supposed to be. Also I do cast endure elements a lot so it is nice to not have it vanish.
