Expand Dominate/Hold Animal targets

As the title, I'm suggesting the spell Dominate/Hold/Charm Animal be expanded to include Vermin and Magical Beasts.
Basically mirroring how Dominate/Hold/Charm Person was expanded to include a variety of humanoid targets in Areliths past instead of just strictly 'PC humanoid' targets.
This vastly increases the usefulness and potential targets of a group of spells that's in several spellbooks but gets very little use.
In addition, allowing Dominate Animal to target (The few non-mind immune) Vermin give it a narrow but useful niche over Animal Empathy.
