Arcane Flux for (almost) everyone!

Now that infini-casting has become a staple of the sever, with some classes having an infinite or functionally infinite number of spells, I think it's time to open up Arcane Flux to those poor casting classes that don't have access to that kind of nonsense already: Sorcerer, Shaman, Favoured Soul, Bard and Druid. Some renaming would be in order (divine Flux / primal flux).
