Class/Language Token Rewards

This might already be a thing and just not talked about much, but something I've thought about for a long time is how a lot of characters occasionally dabble in rp or events that are a bit outside what their class might normally expect to deal with. The suggestion itself is fairly straightforward, I think it'd be neat if there were tokens or items that DMs could issue to players at their discretion to either allow the character to speak a language they couldn't normally learn or to be treated by certain npcs as effectively another class.

This wouldn't be a guaranteed "Put in the time and you'll get X" type of concept. It's more so to address players whose characters might, by virtue of extensive ongoing rp, have some justification for being a bit "In the know." as far as certain topics. Examples might be a character who rps heavily with a druid circle and partakes in a number of their events having a token that makes them an honorary Druid/Ranger for npc mechanics, or a wizard who engages in long term events and activities studying aberrations eventually being able to be awarded with an item that grants them fluency in Deep Speech (or the ability to learn it from listening to others at least). A side idea might even be something akin to -recommend but for characters of certain classes above certain rpr threshholds to help suggest if another character might qualify for consideration.

The goal isn't so much to guarantee a path to these sorts of outcomes or necessarily encourage pursuing them but rather to at least have them available so that players who participate heavily in certain kinds of rp that might normally not be within the bailiwick implied by their class can feel a bit acknowledged for the unique expertise their ongoing presence has conveyed onto them.

Note this wouldn't (as I imagine it anyway) be the same as actually being qualified to do things that would normally require another class. A wizard who spends a lot of time with druids wouldn't be able to substitute for a druid in most rp situations like rituals simply because they had a token for it, but they might be acknowledged by some npcs as "in the club" and allowed access to places normally barred to them or at least taught some amount of secret knowledge to allow them to speak a secret language normally kept guarded to ensure its value amongst members of the in-group.

The language tokens already exist but that's on the dm team to decide the usage, especially as they're hard to trace and frankly we should probably remove them as it's likely a contributor to language lag if it's iterating over inventories every time someone speaks to check for a token.

Went and checked, these will not cause gratuitous lag, but I'm going to move it to a dm tool anyway as that's far better for logging and record keeping.
