This great update was recently implemented. However, I find that it's often the case where I have no spell icons at all, and thus can't use the feature.

Could we have a command to view all active effects on us? Something like -effects

As an additional bonus, if this information also gave the code to -dispel, would be even better. I spend a lot of time scouring the -dispel command to find the right keyword (lma for lesser spell mantle for example!), and it'd be great if I could just see it in a list like this.
