Description of Bug Experienced:
The Vigilance cause of the Vigilante does not seem to get the spot that is listed on the Wiki (See Screenshot)

I noticed my Spot numbers were off, and tried to reproduce it on PGCC. With success.
The moment the character hits 11 vigilante, the Bump to spot is not a +6, but a +3.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Make a new character.
For simplicity, just make a rogue 10/vigilante10 with 10 wisdom
Vigilance Cause

Max out spot to 23 at lvl 20.
Don't take the Alertness feat at any lvl.

Now take the next lvl (11 Vigilante), and put one point in spot.

Expected Result:
33 spot:
24 hard points (lvl 21 base)
3 spot from lvl 3 vigilante
6 spot from lvl 11 vigilante

Actual Result:
30 spot:
24 hard points (lvl 21 base)
3 spot from lvl 3 vigilante
3 spot from lvl 11 vigilante

That's intended. The bonus on the wiki shows the cumulative added to the skill. At L1 you get +3 total spot, and at L11 you now have +6 total spot.

Correct, intended and not a bug or wiki error. That's a 1:1 translation from the announcement documents to the wiki.

There may be some exceptions, but generally its NWN and DnD convention to list the cumulative bonus. You'll see the same concept applied to the brutal attack and fearless numbers on the Vigilante page. Or for vanilla examples see things like spell penetration or ki strike.
