Remove Favored Enemy, Dual-Wield, and Improved Two-Weapon Fighting

Infinite Animal Companion summons

Summon Creature spells now summon a mechanical copy of the Animal Companion, but at fixed levels depending on version of the spell.

I: Level 10
II: Level 15
III: Level 18
IV: Level 20

Conjuration Focus and Greater Conj. Focus each increase the levels by one.

If possible, also give the Ranger cool-down casting of spells.

If I do a beastmaster path, it will be one that lets them make henchmen of animals they meet, not one that clones their animal companion...
