This is not a bug. You are actually slowly being imprisoned on the server. No one and nowhere is safe. YOU ARE OUT OF TIME.
I'm only kidding. This won't affect anything with your items, it's just a tidbit appended by the scripts like with outcast tags. It'll go away next reset. No bug reports are necessary.

Even though it says the bug has been fixed on discord it has not, im still seeing manacle descriptions everywhere.
