More (and also improved?) Forms for Shapechange Spell

As it is now: 5 forms to pick from, none of them truly viable for combat, given you cannot cast spells and receive no scaling.

It would be great to see more variety and viability added to the spell, it feels fairly underwhelming a lot of times. Lots of untapped potential.
